Breaking the Cycle of Worry: Day 3
Day 3: Breaking the Cycle of Worry
Scripture
Philippians 4:6–7 – “Do not be anxious about anything… and the peace of God… will guard your hearts and your minds.”
Encouragement
Worry is imagining a future without God in it. It replays worst-case scenarios and keeps us stuck in fear. But God offers a better way, bring everything to Him. When we replace worry with prayer, peace begins to take its place.
Reflection
God, I bring my worries to You. You see what I’m afraid of, and You care. Help me trust You with what I can’t control. Replace my anxiety with Your peace.
Practice
Every time worry shows up today, turn it into a quick prayer:
“God, I trust You with this.”

- What situation have you been replaying in your mind?
- What would it look like to invite God into that situation?
