Day 5: Training Your Mind for Peace

Philippians 4:7 – “The peace of God… will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Encouragement
Your mind is being shaped every day by what you focus on. Over time, those thoughts build patterns, habits, even your emotional state. But as you begin to choose truth, reject lies, and bring everything to God, your mind begins to change. Peace becomes more natural. Joy becomes more accessible. This is transformation.
Reflection
  • What do you want your mind to look like over time?
  • What small change could you make today to move in that direction?
Prayer
God, continue shaping my mind. Help me focus on what is true, good, and life-giving. Train me to think in a way that leads to peace and joy.
Practice
Choose one truth to focus on today (example: “God is with me”).
Return to it throughout the day whenever your mind drifts.
