Day 2 — Speculation
Day 2 — Speculation
Read: 2 Corinthians 10:3–5
Paul uses the word logismos — speculation.
Anxiety is often speculation: forming beliefs about futures that have not happened.
“What if it’s cancer?”
“What if I lose my job?”
“What if this never changes?”
Speculation feels real. But it is often imagination unchecked.
Reflect:
When a “what if” appears today, say:
“This is speculation, not reality.”

Reflect:
- What future are you rehearsing right now?
- What belief are you forming without evidence?
When a “what if” appears today, say:
“This is speculation, not reality.”
