Your brain changes based on what you repeatedly think about.
The first anxious thought feels awkward.
The hundredth feels automatic.
But here is the good news:
If worry can be practiced, peace can be practiced.
You are not broken.
You are patterned.
And patterns can change.
Reflect:
  • Where does your mind default under stress?
  • What thought trail is worn down in you?
Practice:
Begin memorizing Philippians 4:6–7 today.
