Our Mission Statement:
Joyfully bringing home the one.
Jesus told this parable: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says ‘Rejoice with me, I have found my lost sheep’ I tell you in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over the ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.”
-Luke 15:3-7
The Outstretched Arms team at The Orchard joins Jesus in His mission to joyfully search for and bring home the ones who have strayed far from Him. Like Him, we want those who have been far away to be invited into the celebration at our Father’s house!
Our team’s purpose is to provide Orchard resources to workers who are on mission to take this great news to people beyond the local region. We provide regular, monthly support to seven ministry teams or workers. We also provide funding for other needs around the world as God leads us.
If you would like to be a part of this seeking, finding, and inviting mission beyond the Roaring Fork Valley, please contact us.
