Read: Philippians 3:13–14
Additional Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:17
The next verse is so important… read it out loud and feel the truth in it.

Read: Philippians 3:13–14
- 13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
- What in my past affects you the most that I need to truly let go of?
- What does God want me to be “straining toward” on the road ahead?
- List a few and how this would look in action in your life.
Additional Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:17
- 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
- Do I take God at his word here or do I hold my past against myself?
The next verse is so important… read it out loud and feel the truth in it.
1 John 1:9 If I confess my sins, You are faithful and just and will forgive me my sins and purify me from all unrighteousness.
- God I confess my sins to you… (take a moment and name them specifically)
- God, will you forgive me and help me live free of my past guilt?
